Which Passes Are Best Per Region?
COLORADO – Is best situated for Epic Pass Holders with unlimited access to A-Basin, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail all within under 2 hours with good traffic of DIA. Ikon Pass comes next with 5 to 7 days at Aspen as the headliner but that is 3+ hours from DIA, But some mountains also have unlimited like Copper, Eldora, Winter Park and Steamboat Springs is only 5 or 7 days but all are within 2 hours of DIA. Max Pass offers 5 days at some of the same places as the Ikon Pass Copper, Steamboat Spring and Winter Park But also have Crested Butte which is 5 hours from DIA and Eldora which is also within 2 hours of DIA. Mountain Collective has 2 days Aspen but nothing else in Colorado I think. But Taos can be a option with it being less than 5 hours from DIA. Powder Alliance is another option for local locations like Loveland Pass, Monarch Mountain. There are also some local passes that should looked it.
LAKE TAHOE – Besides being the most beautiful place I have ever personally seen. It has options for all the Passes except obviously the Peaks Pass. Epic has got Heavenly, Kirkwood and Northstar. Ikon offers unlimited Squaw Valley and Mammoth Mountain, Big Bear and June Mountain with the $899 Pass the $599 version has some holiday blackouts. Max Pass only has Boreal. Mountain Collective has Squaw Valley and Mammoth which 3 hours south of Tahoe. Powder Alliance offers 3 free day at any Powder Alliance mountain with purchase of any one there season passes includes Sierra At Tahoe, Sugar Bowl, China Peak. There are also some local passes that should looked it.
UTAH – Is where the Ikon and Mountain Collective Shine. They both headlined by beautiful Alta/Snowbird, They also offer the option of Jackson Hole a 4+hour drive away from SLC. Ikon also offers Deer Valley with only 2500 lift tickets sold on any given day, Also Added Brighton and Solitude. While Mountain Collective offers you Awesome Snowbasin and another amazing Mountain in Sun Valley a 4 hour drive but well worth the 2 hours of lower Idaho lol. Epic offers you the 4 Park City Mountains which are intertwined to make one Huge Mountain. Max Pass offers you Brighton and Solitude. Powder Alliance nothing in Utah but some in Idaho and AZ Snowbowl 4 hours away but probably not worth the Drive unless it is for a once and life time pow dump coming down. There are also some local passes that should looked it.
BIG WEST – Ikon And Mountain Collective Have Both Acquired Access To Big Sky For This Up Coming Season. To Add Some Extra Fire Power To Their Already awesome Line Up In The Area With Both Passes Also Having Access To Jackson Hole
